Write the terminal point as T=(t,0)T=(t,0) with t>0t>0. Then u→=⟨t+1,−3⟩\vec u=\langle t+1,-3\rangle.

The length condition gives (t+1)2+9=25(t+1)^2+9=25, hence t+1=±4t+1=\pm4.

The candidates are t=3,−5t=3,-5; positivity leaves T=(3,0)\boxed{T=(3,0)}.
